Brought the Squire three seater, Chair,and foot stall and delivered to my home only to find days later multible problems with all the products, from:
1:stitching coming undone,
2:little and baggy padding (no lumber support)at all!
3:Scratches to the leather
4:No fire safty lables to two of the three items purchased
5:Scuffed leather
6:Decretive pins lifting out.

Now if you think thats a lot on the surfice you need to turn over the products and take a look inside at the structure!!!mine has a zip so very easy to peer inside, i wish i didnt!
1:Staples partly fixed down
2: timber structure split due to nails
3: nails missing indended target and sticking out past the suports not in to them fixing them together.
4: holes in wrong places for bolts (extra holes next to bolts through timber).

I am currently waiting to here back from the branch about my complaint.
