I book a consultation with Meilin Torres introduced herself as the manager at Ideal Image in plantation.She explained me the procedures. I told her I was being cautious finding the right since I met a girl at the gym which mentioned she loved her laser removal but was extremely painful. This came out in the conversation. Meilin immediately said if you are shopping around for prices we are not the company for you! I told her I found her comment rude and obnoxious. I am a business owner and my life revolves about making the best choices for my co and daily life activities only a naive person would sign up right away without consulting & comparing other options. Any beauty procedure i.e breast implants, etc. You want to take the time to find the best practice. She was unprofessional and lacked of customer service. I was perplexed by her airhead way to manage the situation. Instead of apologizing as any competent person that represents a company and its brand would do.NOT COMING BACK Don't be another victim!!!! Since there are other places where they have amazing customer service, their prices are competitive and you’re not dealing with dimwit that on her sell speech let's you know she is only a musician, go figure right?? I should have left right as she mentioned she had nothing to do with the medical/beauty industry since she is the manager . Don't waste your time in here!
