“We are both sleeping better”

I have never heard myself snore but I apparently do according to my wife. The ring does apparently work and has nearly stopped me snoring altogether. No drugs, sprays etc and a good company to do business with. I am a great believer that you do not know what you are missing until you try it ! It may well work for you
