A funeral should be the last place anyone should have to be upset about a floral arrangement ordered. We ordered a corner arrangement for our mother's casket spending $100. For that we felt we should have received a beautiful and yes, compact arrangement. It was compact. No, it was skimpy. Certainly not $100 worth of flowers, maybe $50 and that is stretching it. (There was another arrangement there that our niece ordered for $100 and the comparison was ridiculous.) When we called to talk with the manager the salesman who answered the phone said he would help us. Help us, he did not. He was rude, rude, rude. Argumentative and stated Piccolo's had NEVER EVER had a complaint about their floral arrangements in the past. Before he hung up on us, we were able to deduct $25 from the charge, which we have not seen on our credit card account yet. We will NEVER order from Piccolo's again and we will NEVER refer them to anyone needing floral services.
