“DO NOT BUY VIP!!!”

After being a regular customer for over 12 months who sang the praises of VIP (and even persuaded other smokers to buy from them)I am moving to another company. The customer service I have received recently has been a complete let down.The email complaint I have sent hoping they would resolve my issue has purely been ignored and the girl I spoke to on the phone may as well not have answered.
The cartridges they use have changed and some of the flavours not only taste terrible but also leak a poisonous tasting liquid into your mouth..The cartridges are only lasting one day now rather than the three with their old style cartridge.I have noticed other people on Face book are finding the same problem and again they are reporting awful customer service.
I have never left a review about anything before but I felt the need to express my views on VIP.
JUST DON'T BUY FROM VIP, TRY A BETTER PRODUCT.
