“What a let down!”

we brought our first home four years ago using the first time buyers scheme, which at the time was a great idea.But we have had nothing but trouble since moving here and Barratt's our not very helpful with regards to contacting them.They ingore phone calls,letters and emails.The place wasnt finished once moved into and the build of the palce is very poor.Roof tiles have fallen off,taps have broken your name it.I would be very careful when thinking of buying a Barratts home!
