“Worst boiler, so unreliable”

I like the look of the boiler but that is about all. It's very unreliable and is continually breaking down with an Error 5 problem, despite parts being changed. The boiler is less than three years old and is a complete disaster. You don't want a boiler that breaks done regularly and sometimes day after day, despite being assured by the engineer that it is 'fixed'.

I do not have any confidence in the boiler and should never have agreed to purchase this make and model. If I could have clicked on no stars or less, I would have.

I don't expect the boiler to outlive the five year warranty.

Don't buy one of these unless you have a lot of time to spare nursing it!
