“Silentnight Miracoil mattress.WASTE OF MONEY ON A...”

We bought a silentnight Miracoil Bellini mattress in 2008, it was old stock but brand new and felt firm comfy and supportive, although it was quite expensive, because it was old stock we got quite a good deal,

Weve had it 4 years and it is now defective and unfit for purpose,

Both sides have collapsed so its like sleeping on a speed bump,

I would love to leave photos on here for all to see but can't, hopefully I shall find another review site to post the pictures

We contacted silentnight as it was still under warranty,

Their reply was: WE GIVE THEM £187.20 and they will replace the mattress, (SOME WARRANTY)

SILENTNIGHT also make REST ASSURED and LAY-EZEE mattresses and obviously use all the same materials and manufacturing processes on each mattress,

We will now be shopping for a new mattress giving the above ones a wide birth !!
