WRITE A REVIEW

“A joy to shop”

I recently visited your birkenhead store to purchase a new shirt and would like to say how impressed i was with your store. I was approached by a member of staff who advised me to " just ask if i need any assistance" and was then allowed to browse for what i wanted without any interference. I found a T shirt that i liked but was unable to find my size. I asked the assistant if they had any others in stock in my size and was asked to wait while she checked for me . A few minutes later she appeared with the T shirt in my size. I was very impressed with her courteous manner and efficiency.
I actually enjoyed my shopping experience this day as in many other stores I feel harassed the minute I step through the door or alternatively totally ignored.
