“Extreme Sports ? No problem ! Just buy tickets from WTS !!”

October 21st 2012 I purchased my tickets for Joe Bonamassa Royal Alber Hall gig for March 30th. The expected delivery time was 2 to 3 days before the show. I informed WTS about my hotel address in London but the tickets did not arrive until the day of the show. I was in contact with WTS and they were replying on my emails that, today, tommorow, day after tommorow will get my tickets etc. Concert start was planned on 19:30pm. Imagine at 3 pm I still had no tickets and no information how and when I can get them. Sudennly after 3pm a guy from WTS texted me with web link, login and pass to go there and open a message (very myseriouss..) I did as instructed and got informed that the [name removed], the WTS rep will be awaiting me at door 10 of Royal Albet Hall at 19:30 meaning planned concert start !! I contacted the guy and finally got my tickets 15 minutes before the concerts at door 10. I was extremely overstressed the whole damn day. In fact I understood I will never get my tickets. I do not wish to anyone to feel such frustration from that day.

Th best from the whole story is that we got much better tickets that we paid for.... in 5th row in front of the stage. The concert, the view, RAH, all was fantastic but I will never ever buy any tickets from WTS.

I understand that the business model (second-hand tickets) of WTS makes them impossible to take responsibility for each re-seller but I don't care.

WTS either should do something to improve or close the business.

For today stay away guys and search for trusted re-seller. My fault was I did not check WTS reviews on the net. It is not hard to find them. There is plenty of them and I just wrote one more !!
