Bought a Bjorn Tokyo 200 infrared sauna steam shower in early October 12, never received. They always POLITELY (probably part of their tricks) provided lots of excuses for not being able to deliver the goods to us ... Firstly they were waiting for delivery from China; then there was a quality issue so we needed to wait for another delivery for another 2 months (promised us to deliver before Xmas); then the manufacturer in China sent the wrong container which should have been sent to the US, so another 2 months (promised to deliver by Jan); then harbour in China frozen due to winter snow storms so promised to deliver in early Feb (hoho picking some current news as an excuse); then due to missing shipping documents and it was Chinese New Year so we had to wait for another 3-4 weeks (also promised another £50 discount, sounded so kind!!!); then promised delivery by 1 March but delayed again due to backlog ...... we were fed up and asked for refunds ..... they POLITELY AND PROMPTLY agreed to refund but their company policy is 7-10 working days. TODAY (Apr 13) .... never received any refunds ....Can we trust them anymore??????? If you have the same experience, you better get a refund and report them to the local trading standards office, and report them to BBC watchdog. Also keep all the correspondence as evidence.
By the way, they once claimed they have over 20 years of experience. Also told me that they have had a long trading record.
