We were phoned two weeks before we were due to go on holiday and told that the hotel had been overbooked. They were not apologetic and acted as if this was a standard procedure that happened all the time. We had friends staying at this hotel so specifically wanted to stay here.
They were extremely unhelpful, I was left on hold for ages and they would not get back to us for days at a time (when they said they would contact us that same afternoon)
I still do not know where I am staying and I am really regretting booking with this travel agent. Instead of being excited for my holiday, I am stressing about where I am staying!
I defiantly would not recommend Broadway travel, avoid it at all costs!!
