“5 Years of Slow Speeds, Poor Connectivity & Hassle”

On top of this, phoned Sky today requesting a refund for March's BB payment as the connectivity has been about 80% uptime. Would they refund me a measly £10 - at the first time of asking in 5 years - not for love nor money.

I've arranged to leave.
