So our experience with KPX was fine, our hotel was nice (although there was no free wifi like we were told) the northern lights was beautiful etc etc. until we had to return home. Our booking confirmation said return flight at 9am. Leaving our hotel at 5.30am to arrive in plenty of time - to see our flight already boarding.. With no other flight until 15.40..
The airline informed us that the flight had been brought forward and an email had been sent out yet KPX never forwarded us this flight change.
We are currently sitting at the airport having to wait 9 Hours for the next flight to Gatwick.
This wouldn't d happened if KPX actually cared about their customers and informed them of any changes to flight scheduals.
