I read a LOT of horrible reviews when i was debating buying some shoes from this website. I was afraid of the worst because I live in the USA. I wasn't expecting my package the day after i paid, i expected a slight wait. I ordered these black stiletto booties and they LOOKED 7 inches tall and they definitely were. so my fault for buying stilts but they aren't uncomfortable just difficult but the delivery wait was 11 days (delivered ON MY BIRTHDAY YAY!) so im def satisfied and relieved they came at all. I didn't have to contact customer service I got what I paid for and if you live in the US give them some credit and be patient.
ONLY bad thing to say is its hard to buy shoes online but thats not boohoo's fault. i'd buy from them again.
