Same sorry story as everyone else.....

Ordered a tshirt
Money taken straight away
Had to email to chase, reply made no sense.
Emailed again, replied on back order
Emailed again as no tshirt receieved and no contact made to keep me informed of my order
Still on back order'
Emailed back to request to cancel order and refund
Reply received saying 'cancelled' no reference to refund
No refund received
Emailed again to request refund, 'checking for me'
No one got back to me
No refund received to date
Emailed again requesting refund
No one ever answers the phone - just rings and hits an answerphone
Will report to Trading Standards!

I know the tshirt is available out there in the world somewhere as I managed to order it via a good website from America and within less than 2 weeks it was delivered and worn!
