Well, unfortunately, my request came back, CODE NOT FOUND. We were contacted immediately and given some options. We decided to try going to the person who sold it to us and have him get it unlocked through Orange, so we requested a full refund. The money was back in our account in less than 48 hours.
If you're like us, and a bit nervous about sending money to someone online for what is essentially some numbers....don't be. HIGHLY recommend as a completely trustworthy service. They do what they say and if they can't (which seems rare from other reviews) they refund your money!
