“Useless or fraudulent?”

Ordered a Nikon lens as in stock with 1-2 day express delivery at £10 premium. It did not arrive and is still outstanding 13 days later. They have taken the full amount from my bank account.

When I check their website the lens is still shown as in stock. I queried this but of course the email was never answered.

They refuse to refund the express delivery charge and only offer "store credit". Phone calls go to a call centre where the poor (in the sense that I am sorry for them) staff have to just respond from messages on their screens. They cannot answer queries and just say "I will speak to despatch" (etc.)

I will never use them again and have told them to send the refund on my account to Oxfam.
