“Really poor”

I'm struggling to think of anything to recommend about Lloyds Pharmacy. One could perhaps forgive the frequent mistakes, stock errors, and so on if the service was any good. It isn't. It seems the staff have been instructed to never, ever apologise. Even when they've lost my prescription, missed off items, or tried to claim I've already collected it, not once have they ever said sorry. They act like they couldn't care less. If you're looking for a pharmacy to receive regular repeat prescriptions, definitely avoid Lloyds.
