“Unfaultable customer service.”

The best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to experience, better even than the car showroom who worship you for your hard earned cash. Samara James and the team (particularly Rosie) helped me find the perfect wedding ring, despite them having never seen one like it. After a number of insightful sessions with Rosie, she asked for a few days to try and source what we were looking for and returned with EXACTLY what we wanted; even though I was sure at this point that it didn't exist. As far as I can tell, there was no expensive mark-up on this ring for all the extra work that they went to. Excellent, all round.
