Ordered a tv unit online and selected a day for delivery. As the options were midweek I had to take a day off from work. Waited in all day for it to never be delivered. Called NEXT customers service but they were completely unhelpful. They informed me they would pass on my details to the courier company and they will contact me. I explained how I am a Next customer and it is surely their responsibility but she just reported the same sentence.
Have not heard anything from the courier company and am yet to complain again to next.
My advise would be to not order anything from next unless it is delivered to store. They use Hermes Europe to courier and reading those reviews it seems like they are very cheap and useless.
