After ordering a pair of trousers that were 'in stock' on the website, an email arrived a short while later saying the item was out of stock and would be sent as soon as it came in.

After a month a chase email was sent, they responded saying 'we are sorry, the goods haven't come through in our normal order' etc. etc. After another month an email was sent cancelling the order and asking for a refund. After 3 months no refund is still forthcoming.

If you order from this store you WILL regret it, sooner or later.
