“Rip Off!!!”

I went to a lot of trouble to select the bouquet I wanted to send. I winced at the £50 price tag but it contained the right colours and flowers. Oh and another £6 to deliver them. What was delivered bore no resemblance to my order or the picture on their website. Expensive flowers were replaced with cheap ones. They looked cheap and shabby. I would have done as well getting a £5 bunch from the local BP garage.
This company used to be good. A few years ago they got a top rating from Which? but they have really gone down hill. What is worse is that they don't even bother responding to email communications. I've written twice but no response whatsoever.
I've been well and truly ripped off by a company who don't want to communicate or put things right. Dreadful.
