I ordered an arcadia basking lamp for my tortoises but when it arrived i had ordered the wrong wattage, so I rang up and explained what had happened and they were so helpful and sent me out another bulb and I sent the other one back. Also they are the cheapest i have found online and delivery is very quick. The bulb was packaged VERY well, couldnt of done it any better! It arrived undamaged and i would reccomend Northampton Reptile Centre to everyone!
