“Awful, Terrible, Disgusting ”

Very helpful and attentive when taking the policy. When claiming will use any excuse not to cover you.
If you had an ingrowing toe nail they would use it as an excuse not to cover a brain tumour and thats no joke.

I feel really bad because two friends took policies with them because of me, I just hope they don't have to claim.

Use a proper company! It may cost a few pounds more but you will get what you pay for.
