“Don't bother calling”

Needed to modify my booking but couldn't do it online. Had to ring the 0844 number which costs God knows how much. On hold for 15 minutes without actually speaking to a human being. Hung up and contacted the hotel directly and they sorted me out in 5 minutes flat, no problem.
