“I needed to get 2 rooms for 3 adults for a night at a...”

I needed to get 2 rooms for 3 adults for a night at a hotel in Memphis, TN. They (expedia) had the right rate and location. It showed me 2 rooms one with a King and one with two Doubles..I thought PERFECT! So I booked them. Then I get the confirmation and it says 1 King is in each room. So I call them up and ask them to change one of the rooms to have the 2 doubles. This was like pulling teeth. I waited on the phone for a half an hour to get it accomplished...THEN the agent messed up the dates so each room was booked for a different day! I had to call them back AGAIN! That was another issue! I was told that the rate increased by 5 dollars and I would have to pay that! At this point I'm enraged at their incompetency I don't know what to do. I told her I'm looking at the site right now and the hotel we booked is still at the same price that I originally booked it at. She keeps trying to offer me coupons and blah blah blah. I just want it to be done the right way. I just wanted the dates to match and be correct. She didn't understand what I was asking of her to do for a good 10 minutes. I kept trying to tell her that this mistake is on your end and I don't think I should be charged anything to get the date corrected.

Scams all scams I tell you.

Coupons aren't going to make me want to book with you again after all this nonsense. Its not worth the headache or worry if your travel plans go well for a discounted rate and or coupons. I say STAY AWAY! They don't know how to handle this kind of industry appropriately. Now I'm eager to see how the cancellation refunds go through. At this point if I have to call for a third time I'm just going to ask to speak with a "manager" if there is one of those around. Speaking with the "agents" on the line is just ridiculous.
