I had a trip booked and needed to make a few changes (shorten it by 1 day) and I spend3.5 hours on the phone. I was cut off 3 different times and in the end was unable to make the changes I needed to. It was easier to just not make them. This is pretty crappy since I was trying to get home earlier. I would not recommend to anyone nor will I ever book with expedia again!!
