“V good Fibre optic broadband”

Thank god someone has done it right! I was first introduced to Titanadsl 4 years ago, prior to that I was always going with the bigger ISP’s (BT, Virgin, Talktalk, Tiscali etc.). We use Surf for our business allot and I quickly found out how easy they are to work with.
The main difference is the customer service; when I call up 9/10 times I am the first in the queue. When I get through to them they are all extremely helpful. Danny, Derek and Martin really do all they can to help. They are all pleasant to talk to and more importantly all know what they are talking about.
As well as dealing with them in a business environment I also opted for their broadband at home. The service they have provided me is perfect; my exchange is notoriously overcrowded due to the recent developments and shockingly no plans to upgrade it. However they have successfully delivered a very quick and stable line.
To anyone who is thinking which ISP to go for, look no further...
Please don’t be put off by the hold music; it won’t be long before someone picks up :)
