“Ramada Hotel Loughborough”

The manager was very helpful in resolving a mistake with the booking and although the hotel is looking a little tired we were given a recently refurbished room. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with ideas of where to eat in the evening, in the morning it was buffet breakfast which suited our needs as we wanted to get away quickly. The 24 hours free access to wifi once we had the code was very useful.
