“Okay until you have to phone them!”

I decided to use laterooms.com to book a cheap but nice hotel for my 20th Birthday. As we were all going out we weren't that bothered about how fancy the room was going to be as we wouldn't be spending much time in it. Originally I booked a room for 3 people but then had to change it to two. When I phoned laterooms I was put on hold for ages, the person I spoke too seemed to have no clue what he was doing and I found it very hard to understand what he was saying. He said he changed my details to two people but couldn't change the room as it was fully booked but when I got to the hotel everything was still for 3 people! So if you are going to book through laterooms make sure your going with reliable people so you don't have to go through the fuss of change rooms/details.
