I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received my order. I didn't get an email confirming my order and had to email to find out what was going on as the site said it was being processed. It still says that! No reply to my email so I had to call. Was told the problem was I'd used a different delivery address to my billing address and deliveries had to go to the billing address. Why allow an alternative as address then?? Was told order would arrive yesterday but it didn't!
