“Easy to setup, Poor Support, Management ignore customers”

I started using Orbtalk a couple of years ago for Outbound and Premium SIP Trunks, to start of they were more than helpful. It was easy to setup trunks although they quite often have issues with their portal which is very frustrating. Recently we have been having issues with the trunks dropping of and calls getting dropped.

We thought maybe a PBX issue but then we had issues across 6 sites all on different equipment and with various ISP's including different services. The issue is OrbTalk don't think they have issues, well that's what support keep saying. They carry out a quick test and say no its fine change a cable! even though you have explained its across multiple sites!

So then you start getting annoyed and keep asking to speak to the director, he's not available he's out of the office, is it me or would one expect the director of a telecoms business to have a mobile? Anyway no call and days later still no call. Clearly to busy to speak to resellers who are giving them business!!
