“Please do go near to them”

After looking on Money super Market , I called Bradford and Bingley Car Insurance to do my insurance. After doing my insurance, I started getting call from all over the company about my no claim ext- Which I provided them. Later , I called to check whether they receive it or not. A very rude lady picked up the call and asked for more money to be paid and also wanted to increase my premium. I straight away cxld my insurance & as she informed me, I send their Insurance document back. After 4 days ,I called to check on my refund, another frustrated man picked up the call & told me that you insurance is never cxld & asked me to fax & sign the insurance paper(Which was never explain before- when I cxld it).

After 16 days & 10 calls I got my money back & to top it up they just returned GBP 38.00 & total amount paid was 138.00.
