“RIP OFF”

DO NOT BUY! I purchased a machine from these and paid for extra 2 days postage, I have waited and waited, been fobbed off with emails, then no replies to any emails. No telephone numbers for the company that work. I then had no choice but to open up a paypal dispute. Guess what they then sent the item out with a tracking number, then a pleasant email from the director saying can I now closed the case as they have sent the item. No apologie for me waiting nearly a month for an item I was suppose to have within two days and being ignored. Rubbish customer service, I will never recommend or use them ever again. I have had my first. Do not order from them they do not deserve the business. If I could give then 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY!
