I've been a Krystal customer for around four years, maybe more - it's been such an experience that I don't need to count, I just get on with enjoying it. I may be considered a small-time customer, but in a professional capacity I've recommended Krystal to clients and my business w/out having to think about it. They've only ever resolved two issues - one was mine, the other was (maybe) theirs - both times I got personal service, the kind you don't expect. They are humans, as am I - they know how important this is. I'd give them more money.
