“Terrible, unprofessional company”

The Leeds BS is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their staff are ignorant, rude and unhelpful, whilst their overall service is incompetent to a degree where I can not comprehend how it is possible. I have spent 2 months trying to get a mortgage application processed by them, with paperwork sent so several wrong addresses and when it does arrive it is incorrect.

Call backs never happen and mistakes are not rectified. Large sections of the paperwork contain major errors but when brought their attention they insist that it will be corrected with only the same wrong information to be sent out.

Call center staff have no power or ability/willingness to investigate and on several occasions didn't even bother to read case notes that would have given me the information that I wanted.

My only regret is that is has taken them so long to move forward I am unable to change to a different mortgage provider.

Let others avoid where I cannot - do not for whatever reason use this company.
