I placed a large order, a pair of trousers were missing from the box. I emailed them, no reply. I visited my local store they gave me a phone number to contact customer services. I called. On hold for 25 minutes. The girls said she would refund the money, but not the postage charge I incurred when I placed a seperate order for the missing trousers, she said if I had called them, they would have sent them out. I said it doesnt give a number on the web page, just says to contact them you email them. She said if you go on the front page, click on corporate, you find the number. Why would I click on corporate to report some trousers missing from my parcel, very sneaky and underhand. Next stop citizens advise to find out my legal rights.
