ordered three items online form go outdoors, waited 1 week only to contact them to find out one item is out of stock so the whole delivery was put on hold, not that they bothered to tell me. I contacted them the following day to tell them to ship the remaining items only to be told that the supposedly in stock (the day before anyway), still available to buy on the website items were 'a discontinued item'. Cancelled the order and complained to them and the email back was just a conformation that i had cancelled, no apology or anything. I have used the website 3 times and the first two where ok, although slow postage is normally an issue but this time their lack of even an apology is very poor customer service. It seems as if the whole process is disconnected and there is little organisation or care really. don't bother, i guess go to one of their shops or buy else where. won't be using them again that's for sure.
