I brought a new build apartment and had nothing but problems, leaks bad paint job, different paint used on doors. I have been in my home over a year and im still tying to get issues resolved. Their customer service is shi!t, the site team and office staff seem not to talk to each other. The build quality of the home poor. I will never buy another Barratt home.
