Over the years I've made several photobooks for various reasons - normally a special birthday or anniversary, or as a wedding album. I've always been pleased with the final outcome apart from one aspect - and that is that the Truprint logo is always printed on the book/item somewhere - usually in a prominent position. As this is normally a special item created especially for someone as a present this totally spoils the 'special' personal factor of the gift.
I've asked Truprint not to print the logo and have been told that they will always print the logo even if they are asked not to as it is is 'their right' and their way of advertising. I've now discovered that other companies will leave the logo off and I'm considering using them in the future for this reason.
On a separate note, the Photobook templates are good and relatively easy to use, however it is quite hard to find your way around the website. Also instructions on how to make the various projects and what options are available are not always explained well.
