“The Magic Tesco Diet”

Over the years, I have tried various diets but with those other than Tesco EDiets, I have always felt hungry later in the day.

I have found that I don't even need to have the whole of the meals as stated.

My favourite for breakfast is Tesco Porridge made with water and then a little low fat sugar sprinkled over. Two days a week I have scrambled egg on toast or Tesco special flakes with red berries.

Lunch Time, I have a small Pitta Bread with ham or cheese, lettuce, cucumber, radish and plum tomato or half a packet of cup a soup and small slice of bread and spread. I always finish off with a very low fat yogart.

The Evening Meals are a real treat and I now have a binder made up of all my favourites. I do like to finish with a choc ice or a little ice cream.

In between meals, I have a rich tea biscuit with tea or coffee.

In the evening I have citrus fruit such as clementine or an apple.

I have plenty of water as well.
