I was recommended Withy King by Chancellors 'Move with us' service after accepting an offer to sell my house.
The Withy King staff is simply too busy to give you any time, they are not interested at all in your individual case. Letters are missed in post, never arrived; never return phone calls, incomplete answers to basic questions by email. Questions like can we set an exchange date? This sail is a simple a basic transaction not a complicated sale. After 4 weeks of delays I am now changing solicitor.
Chancellors should not recommend a solicitor like this. Are they getting kickback?
