Ghazala Beach Hotel-Naama Bay
We have stayed at a lot of hotels, in the Naama Bay area over the last 12 years, from the Rosetta up to the Novotel and this one was very acceptable.
We got a crackin' deal ..7 nights b&b (inc flights) for £317 with Red Sea Holidays
We had a pool room No 241, which was clean and refurbished( to Egyptian standards), very adequate. All the hotel grounds, pools and eating areas, although dated, were tidy, well maintained and clean. the staff were all very courteous and helpful. The beach staff were all very good too..willing to drag a heavy lounger to wherever you wanted it.
Be careful if you order spiririts, from the beach bar, that you specify local spirit or they will give you imported spirit , at twice the price.
We were part of a group of ten and we were all satisfied with our rooms.
We came out on a diving holiday and used Sinai divers, which is right next to the hotel. very professional and helpful and most days we had a dive boat to ourselves....and reefs to ourselves....a reflection on the fact that there are fewer tourists in Naama Bay
We had a look around the Ghazala Gardens Hotel.......it looks really nice but of course it is a good 10 minute walk to the beach, across the main road.
We would definitely stay here again and maybe be back in September.
Stayed January 2013, travelled with friends
