“Disgraceful Customer Service”

I purchased items from Zara, which i had to return due to being the wrong size.
On returning the items i had to wait for a Manager to authorize the refund transaction which was under 30 pounds, the wait was just over half an hour which annoyed me as the shop was not busy.
Received an apologie from the Manager authorizing the refund but this was not good enough.
