Had to change a flight and ended up paying more than the original flight MORE for a new flight. Thought that the new price they gave me was overall - not an addition to the already paid amount. When I questioned them, they gave me their line of excuses. I made the comment that it would have been cheaper to just cancel and purchase a new ticket. He agreed; couldn't do anything though.
Being a technical support person myself. I would never screw the customer over like this. Never again will I use Expedia and I inform all my friends to go straight to the airline for their tickets.
