Excellent service with detailed advice and links to screen prints to ensure i was getting the right part for my particular HP pc model and how to fit it, prompt delivery and packing well fit for the item.
Moreover, it was very well priced.
The part fitted easily, is quick and it is so much easier having a DVD burner that burns and reads DVD-R as well as DVD+R.
I certainly recommend PCUpgrade and will use them again as the need arises.
