“This firm are a joke!!”

Had to call an engineer out as I was not getting any signal. Was told that I have to pay £65 for an engineer visit as my sky box is out of warranty. This means they will be charging me for a service they are unable to provide. Needless to say I have cancelled my account with them. Virgin for me from now on.
