“No confrontation email or emails and sms's to let us know ”

No email to let me know my order had gone through. Went to collect my items and it wasn't there, Called the following day still not there, all this time showing on-line as been ready for collection, when I'd had enough I asked to speak with the supervisor and then it magically turned up. No apology manners cost nothing asda. I shall carry on shopping at George because I like the children's clothes and they are a good price and service the washing machine and tumble drier.

Just an average service nothing special
