“Realised there were probs when crdit cards refused...”

I have just read the previous reviews on this company. I have been with them since they were web mania. At the start very good with a lot of support for your site.
As a very basic web builder for a school reunion site, I needed every bit of help that I could get.
However over the last few years, whilst I have not needed so much help, when I have the response was bad and has seen my web site corrupted. I requested support but could only get negative replies making me believe that I must be at fault. I was using the Front Page programme.
I have since built a yet unpublished web site with Serif. Haveing received notification that both my domain name and user account were due to renewal I attempted to renew the domain name, it being my intention to move my account to serif. On attemting to pay, both the cards I tried to use were refused. I also saw that they no longer made Paypal available. This I found strange.
I have contacted them over the cards issue and have still to receive a reply.

Concerned now as to retaining my domain name and not certain how to ensure I do not lose it.
